By using AllsafeDL — browsing the catalog, searching for programs, or downloading any file — you accept these terms. They’re written to explain, not to hide anything.
AllsafeDL does not host, store, or distribute any installer. We are a catalog that indexes and links to programs, drivers, and legacy software published on the internet with free access, from sources that already exist — official developer sites, public repositories, archive.org, and recognized mirrors. When you download something from AllsafeDL, the file comes straight from the original source (or a verified mirror), never from a server of ours.
Every download page takes you to a third-party site we don't control. We're not responsible for the availability, content, terms of use, or security of those sites once you leave AllsafeDL. A link that works today may change or disappear without notice — if that happens, let us know (see "Report a link").
When we mark a program as "verified" or show its hash, it means we confirmed — at the time the page was published — that the link points to the creator's official source and that the file matches what was published there. It's a good-faith check done by our team (assisted by automated tools), not a guarantee the file is error-free or that the source won't change it later. As with any download from the internet, we recommend scanning the file with your own antivirus before running it.
Software you find on AllsafeDL is downloaded and used at your own discretion and risk. You decide whether to install it, you verify it's compatible with your system, and you're responsible for complying with the license the original creator attaches to each program (free, paid, open source, etc.). AllsafeDL is not a party to that license and does not administer it.
AllsafeDL — the site, the catalog, the code behind it — was built by a human team that uses artificial intelligence tools as part of how it works. We don't use AI to make decisions about you as a user; we use it to develop and maintain the platform.
In addition, part of the catalog curation (writing descriptions, classifying categories, drafting specs) is AI-assisted, always reviewed before publishing. There may occasionally be outdated or imprecise details — if something critical (exact version, system requirements) matters for your case, always confirm it at the official source before installing.
Names, logos, and trademarks of listed programs belong to their respective owners. We mention them solely to identify each program within the catalog — nothing on this site implies an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement from those creators toward AllsafeDL.
If you hold the rights to a program listed here and believe a page infringes them, email info@allsafedl.com with: (1) clear identification of the work, (2) the exact AllsafeDL URL in question, (3) your contact information, and (4) a statement that you're acting in good faith as the rights holder (or their representative). We review every claim and, where warranted, remove the page or link in question.
If a download link doesn't work, points somewhere unexpected, or looks suspicious for any reason, email info@allsafedl.com with the page's URL — we'll review it and fix or take it down as needed.
Before unlocking a download, we show a short video ad (served by the Google IMA SDK) — it's what funds keeping the catalog and its verified links running. The ad network may use its own cookies or tracking technologies, under its own policy, separate from AllsafeDL.
You don't need an account to browse the catalog or to download. We use Google's Firebase Analytics to understand overall site usage; the only thing we store in your browser (localStorage) is your language preference (Spanish/English/Chinese) — none of that identifies who you are. The /admin panel is an internal tool for the AllsafeDL team, with its own login, unrelated to your browsing as a visitor.
AllsafeDL is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page, with an up-to-date "last updated" date. Continuing to use AllsafeDL after a change means you accept it.
AllsafeDL is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or of the third-party software we link to.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any related dispute is resolved before the competent courts of that country.
